Making Eye Contact with Unanswered Prayer
Romans 12:12: Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. There are a variety of reasons why people lack confidence in God. Over the years, many of them have been shared with me. If I were to pick one of the more common answers, it would be unanswered prayer. A loved one died. Someone experienced a terminal illness. A person died too young. No one deserved the situation some is going through. Yes, these are real reasons why a person could walk away from God.
