Sometimes, we just need a safe place to explore our grief.
A place with no judgement.
Where we can share or we can just listen.
Grief with Grace is a free monthly virtual grief workshop. Each month, we’ll explore a specific topic related to grief. Our host, Dianne Deaton Vielhuber, will introduce the monthly topic and share some thoughts. The second half of the workshop is an opportunity for participants to ask questions, explore their experiences related to the topic and learn from each other.
This workshop is the first Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM. We meet via this ZOOM link:

Upcoming Topics
Tues., Jan. 6, 2026 – A Year of Firsts
The first year after a life-changing event includes so many firsts: the first anniversary, birthdays, holidays, annual traditions. How can we navigate these first events? Together, let’s learn.
Tues., Feb. 3, 2026 – The Doing and Being of Grief
Rarely do we know when it’s time to move on from our life-changing event. When do we sit with our grief and when do we try to move forward with life? While there aren’t easy answers, we explore the necessity of sometimes simply being with our grief versus actively embracing our grief and finding our new normal.
